O Pastel de Nata foi eleito em 2011 uma das 7 Maravilhas da Gastronomia de Portugal, é considerado a 15ª mais saborosa iguaria do Mundo pelo Jornal THE GUARDIAN.

Os Pasteis de Nata são uma das mais ricas iguarias do país, com a sua deliciosa massa folhada, crocante e estaladiça numa abundante e delicada qantidade de doce de ovos.

Ingredientes: Farinha de Trigo, água, leite, açúcar, ovo, aromatizantes, margarina e óleo vegetal.

No forno cozer a uma temperatura de 270ºC

Sugestão: polvilhe ainda a quente com canela em pó.
